We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based or dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders. Order total must be over $150 to qualify and excludes oversized items. Oversized items are any items that may be too large or too heavy for us to provide free shipping. Our free shipping does not stack with order discounts. Either free shipping or the order discount can be used, but not both.

Returns

ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN FORM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED

  • All returns must be returned to the location listed on your return form. If a return is sent to any other location your return will not be processed.
  • No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles.
  • Parts must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation.
  • Parts must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Grimm Offroad are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the return form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
  • A return form can be obtained from Grimm Offroad by contacting us here with your name, sales order number(s), and part number and/or description of the item(s) you’re returning.
  • Return requests must be made within sixty (60) days of the original invoice/shipping date, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once a return is issued, it is valid for thirty (30) days. Any return made after thirty (30) days of the return being issued will not be authorized.
  • You will be responsible for paying any return shipping charges.
  • Kit Returns: if you wish to return a kit or package, you will need to return the entire kit. Partial kit returns will not be accepted.
